Zgodnie z ustawą o ochronie praw konsumentów, kupujący zawierając umowę kupna sprzedaży, ma prawo od niej odstąpić nie podając przyczyny, za pomocą oświadczenia złożonego sprzedającemu na piśmie, w terminie 14 dni od daty otrzymania towaru. W oświadczeniu należy podać nr rachunku bankowego, na który ma nastąpić zwrot uiszczonej kwoty. Zwrotowi nie podlegają przedmioty wykonane na indywidualne zamówienie. Zwracana praca nie może nosić śladów użytkowania a zwrot następuje na koszt kupującego. Przedmiot nie spełniający powyższych warunków nie zostanie przyjęty do zwrotu. 3.2. Wartość zwróconego przedmiotu zostanie przekazana osobie kupującej przelewem na konto bankowe podane przez kupującego w ciągu 3 dni roboczych od daty zwrotu produktu. 3.3.Reklamacja w przypadku uszkodzeń powstałych w czasie transportu jest rozpatrywana wyłącznie na podstawie protokołu sporządzonego w obecności doręczyciela. 3.4.Reklamacji nie podlegają przedmioty, których różnica w wyglądzie (kolor, nasycenie) zależy od indywidualnych ustawień monitora osoby kupującej.
